Cleaning and Maintenance guidelines

All wire mesh products are made of mild steel and therefore should not be power washed or have water sitting on the floor for an extended period of time covering the legs and bottom of the panels. Excessive water will make the materials rust.

If the panels and subcomponents need to be cleaned, a vacuum and/or damp cloth is all that is necessary to achieve the results likely required. Dust can collect on the mesh materials from normal site use. Dust and debris will not negatively affect the performance of the storage lockers.

A per fire code regulations in the Province of Ontario and per local fire code applications, nothing may be stored on top of the storage lockers at any time. To do so could cause the sprinkler system not to work to its designed effect and could cause undue stress on the roof mesh and walls of the storage locker systems. Storing items on top of the mesh storage lockers will nullify the Warranty from Wire Guard Inc.

In the event the locking hasp or hinges become damaged due to vandalism, Wire Guard Inc. will provide replacement components at cost for a one-year term from the date of installation. These items can be replaced/repaired onsite by site maintenance personnel.

In the event of more serious damage due to vandalism, Wire Guard Inc. will make personnel available to resolve the issue at our earliest convenience and at a cost to be determined before expediting our repair service.
